Roel expands the knowledge regarding fear reduction by training caregivers in several hospitals and nursing homes in The Netherlands, a/o The Rotterdam Eye Hospital.

The Hospital achieves medical excellence and maintains high quality business operations through its specific approach to patients. The focus of this approach is rooted in its philosophy to reduce patient anxiety. Since 2006 Roel works for the Rotterdam Eye Hospital as a senior consultant, trainer and confidential counsellor in fear reduction.
